Membership Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Differing Memberships. The Company may offer several membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships with differing conditions and limitations. To purchase a Subscription, you must be of the legal age of majority in your country of residence. To pay for the Subscription, you will be asked to provide account information and payment method information at the time you sign up. By providing Inner Peace QiGong with a payment method, you represent that (i) you are authorized to use the payment method you provided and (ii) any payment information you provide is true and accurate.

Monthly Product Subscription

Our monthly subscription for Inner Peace QiGong registered online classes and services will start when the Company confirms your payment and will continue for a period of thirty days. When you purchase a monthly subscription on the Company’s online platform, auto-renew is automatically selected in your Inner Peace QiGong Account. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days at then-current pricing. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may turn off auto-renew in your Inner Peace QiGong Account prior to the end of your current subscription term.

 

General Terms and Conditions for all Product Subscriptions

Subscriptions and support plans are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your Inner Peace QiGong Account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plan period.

If you allow your Subscription to lapse, your registered classes or events on a subscription basis will no longer run.

Subscription plan pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription or upgrade plan. Educational subscription pricing, if available, is subject to verification of eligibility.

Recurring card payment terms and conditions
 

Please read these terms carefully before using our online recurring card payment service. Using this service on this website indicates that you accept these terms.

Your Instruction

“Recurring Payments” means a method of making and pre-authorising fixed payment which enables you to automatically pay your Inner Peace QiGong Inc. Membership Subscription resulting in your Inner Peace QiGong Inc. Membership Subscription being automatically renewed when due if it is linked to your credit or debit card with an automatic payment instruction.

By providing the recurring card payment instruction, you are agreeing to pay fixed payment instalments to Inner Peace QiGong Inc. on agreed dates. The Company’s payment service provider (PSP) facilitates this process and manages the collection of your payments.
 

Should the card provider decline payment, our PSP will attempt to collect the payment in 3 working days and will send an email to the cardholder to confirm this action. The Company is not obliged to bring this to your attention. If you fail to receive a payment confirmation email, you should, in the first instance, check with your card provider that payment has been processed through your account.
 

By providing your credit card and other information, agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, or selecting the "Subscribe Now" button (or similar such button for monthly subscriptions) displayed on www.innerpeaceqigong.com you are purchasing a monthly subscription and are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card for amounts payable to us pursuant to this subscription.
 

Pre-Paid Discounts. If you subscribed to the Services pursuant to a special offer granting a pre-paid discount for a fixed number of months, your pre-paid fees are payable in advance and are COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition, your initial monthly service fee for the month immediately following your pre-paid period will be PRE-AUTHORIZED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD LIMIT and will be immediately charged to your credit or debit card, without further authorization from you, upon the expiration of such pre-paid period, unless you provide prior notice (in accordance with the Company’s verification procedures, as may be established by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion) that you have terminated this authorization in accordance with these terms and conditions. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before the Company reasonably could act on your notice.
 

Overpayments and Refunds

No Refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, the Company may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate the Company to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

In the event that an overpayment is made, the credit balance arising may be used to offset any debt or outstanding invoice on the client’s account. The credit balance will be offset against the oldest outstanding invoice. Applications for a refund should be submitted to customerservice.innerpeace@gmail.com.
 

If there is no other debt or outstanding invoice, the credit balance will be refunded in accordance with the Company’s normal procedures, as follows:
 

Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. If, at the time of the refund, the card has expired or the account closed, documentary evidence will be required from the card holder before the refund can be made.
