This entire Bad Stress Out Inner Peace Qigong class is led by Hae Kwang Sunim and is considered the ultimate stress reducer. The energy healing components of the class are taught at Zen Temples in Korea, which specializes in martial arts. This training has a long history and a beautiful community that joins each week. Qigong Practice is an Essential Life Tool to Mental and Spiritual Wellness
This practice's abundance of clarified energy and inner stillness supports excellent mental clarity and nourishes both intuition and creativity. As our intelligence becomes rooted in a connection to the inner body, it widens and deepens in increasingly beautiful ways. As we deepen in our practise, we become aware of more subtle realms of Being and begin to experience, directly, our interconnectedness with All-That-Is.
The goal is for participants to attain the complete ‘relaxation response,’ and it’s that response that helps release the feel-good endorphins. Why is this important? Endorphins encourage white blood cells, and white blood cells help the body fight infection and disease.
According to Dr. Benson, “repeated activation of the relaxation response can reverse sustained problems in the body and mend the internal wear and tear brought on by stress.”

Special Instructions to Prepare For Class
Please find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed by people or phones so you can go deep.
Have a comfortable mat, light blanket and three pillows nearby.
Please mute audio on Zoom once class begins.
Having challenges with muting audio, the leader or host will assist you.
Once muted, go ahead and play your music.
Music (optional)
Have soft music ready to play when the class begins.
90 minutes of Qigong music or other relaxing background music during class is integral to this experience.
For the deepest, fullest experience, we suggest having music and Zoom on separate devices.
With more ability to control the volume level separately.
